You would be surprised by this but it is fact that water is true elixir of life and it is even used to shed that extra pounds.
With just eight glasses of water a day one can get that slim figure.
But it takes a particular procedure to do it. When you get up from your bed in the morning you should have one glass of water, this will help you to remove the wastes easily and also helps in reducing tummy.
For every food interval take a glass of water before the food. This will help you reduce the intake of food. If you feel hungry take fruits in middle they will help you not to be hungry. In between also you can have a glass of water.
