Technology has added a lot of comfort to this generation of people and there are a lot of advantages with the science and technology. However, these come with small disadvantages too. The people of this generation is responsible for the measures to be taken. Of late, the importance of green energy is quite wide spread and many people even look for a green service or a product, before making a purchase. many people are aware of the solar and wind energy, but these are not the only forms of energy available. I was very amused and imrpessed with the wave energy concept and how wave power works.

This is a very green method of energy, though it is not possible to place working apparatus that easily, since availability of waves is required. Wave energy is quite different from tidal energy, which is based out of differences in sea levels, due to gravity of moon. This can be a huge source of energy and can derive enough power to operate a large household or a small factory. Also, it is a dependable source, round the clock, unlike solar energy. I am very keen on a DIY model and I am planning to implement one at my friends place in Connecticut.
